I offer a free phone consultation so you can get a sense of whether we have a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, telephone and online therapy services will be discussed with you, so that you have options for treatment to help follow protocols in place.
Rates will be discussed during the consultation. A session is approximately 45 minutes.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

I provide all the necessary paperwork for my clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. The majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
